Bodylastics was created when its inventor, Blake Kassel, was seeking the smoothest source of resistance in the world for a new type of resistance-based exercise system. It wasn’t long before he found his answer in elastic tubing! Elastic tubing proved to be optimum because it was incredibly smooth when stretched as well as being light and flexible.
Coupled with the ingenious Quick Clip System, the Bodylastics system was born! The Quick Clip System consists of solid aluminum clips secured to the ends of the elastics so that they can be easily attached to handles and ankle straps. This remarkable resistance-based exercise system enables you to work out with an incredible 94 levels of tension!
