I recently purchased a TC20 when I decided to upgrade from my TC5500 which was Bowflex's previous top of the line model. I was still happy with my TC5500 but I was itching to take advantage of some of the new features that the TC20 offered. I have to say that Bowflex didn't disappointed me at all. The TC5500 was an awesome machine but the TC20 really takes things to the next level. The G.O. Coach is like having my own personal trainer - it really works that well in setting up goals and helping you beat them. Bowflex, you've really out done yourself with this one!
I've had my TC 20 Treadclimber for 2 months now and love it. I can tell a huge difference in the quality of workout I get from it compared to the treadmills at the gym. As a matter of fact I've cancelled my gym membership for that reason. The goal setting feature is really pretty cool too. It's really helping to keep me on track and stay focused.
Assembly took a bit more work than I expected but the one time I hit a snag Bowflex phone support was really helpful and got it resolved. Turned out it was a simple oversight on my part.
Overall I really have no complaints, it's well built and I get an awesome workout from it. Thumbs up!
The build quality of the TreadClimber is pretty impressive. It's evident that Bowflex builds these things to last. The design is ingenious and I'm really happy with the quality of my workouts. I also love the fitness goal system. I need all the motivation that I can get and this really helps a lot. Definitely a Bowflex fan now.

Assembly: I initially was worried that assembling it would be a pain but the instruction manual was surprisingly well-written and very clear. Assembly ended up only taking me a couple of hours.
Use and Results: The Treadclimber really lives up to the hype as far as I'm concerned. The combination of multiple motions while exercising is really making a big difference in my workout. I know for a fact that my workouts are way more effective. I also really like that it's way more compact than my old treadmill. That's definitely a nice bonus.

Running on a treadmill is out of the question for me due to knee problems so I was looking for a solution that would provide a good workout without exacerbating my knee pain. My TC20 treadclimber is honestly the best piece of exercise equipment I've ever purchased. The versatility that's offered with all of the different settings and options is truly unparalleled. This machine puts your run of the mill treadmills to shame. Combining a treadmill with a stairclimber is just brilliant. I highly recommend it if you're really serious about getting into shape fast.
Assembly was a little tricky but a call to Bowflex fixed that - their support was great which is a big plus in my book. Once I got it up and running I got to see what all the fuss was about. This is one awesome piece of exercise equipment! The idea to combine stairstepping and treadmill functionality was a great idea that works very well. Very forward thinking on Bowflex's part! I'm definitely very pleased with my decision to purchase my TreadClimber.
Excellent exercise solution with a lot of options to keep the workouts challenging. Very sturdy too, really seems built for the long haul. It's also a lot quieter than most treadmills. That really surprised me. Wish I had caught it on sale though, it's a bit pricey but worth it.
